2. Non-Refundable Items

- Custom-made or specially designed products.
- Products that have been used, altered, or installed after delivery.
- Change of mind after order confirmation.

Once we receive your request, we may ask for supporting photos or documents. After review, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Mode of Refund
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.). Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement or exchange for the product at no extra cost.
